VPSG AT A GLANCE

The Veterinary Practice Sales Group (VPSG) is a national group of independent brokers specializing in the appraisal and sale of veterinary practices. The VPSG offers clients over 105 years combined experience.  Our experience, extensive knowledge of the veterinary marketplace, specialized financing knowledge, and protection of your confidentiality all combine to provide a superior approach tailored to your needs.

VPSG HISTORY

The VPSG was formed in 1997 to provide veterinary professionals with a nationwide alternative to traditional brokerage services.  VPSG is not a monolithic, franchised group.  But rather, a national coalition of experts able to tailor services based on individual and regional needs of the veterinary profession. VPSG works to promote ethics in the appraisal and sales field, and to provide a forum for discussion and education for the members of the Veterinary Practice Sales Group (VPSG).

As a group and on an individual level, VPSG and its members have established beneficial relationships with national publications and organizations to increase advertising capabilities for members' clients. VPSG and its members have developed strong working relationships with lending institutions, thus helping to eliminate one of the biggest areas of concern for both buyers and sellers- buyer funding. VPSG member brokers' ability to provide comprehensive and accurate appraisals to these lenders is the basis for this strong working relationship. We believe the independent brokers of VPSG are uniquely positioned to serve the veterinary profession now and in the challenges sure to face the profession in the future

CONFIDENTIALITY

Respect for your confidentiality is a hallmark of the VPSG.  We know that most buyers and sellers are concerned about protecting their privacy.  We use a discreet approach of advertising, screening prospective buyers, and showings that screens you and your staff from unnecessary and potentially embarrassing interruptions.

VPSG member brokers are seasoned professionals.  We can advise buyers and sellers in owner carry, numerous lenders specializing in veterinary practice sales and acquisition, or working with a buyer's own source of funding.
