Plains States Professional Practice Sales and Services (PSPPSS) under Terry and Terry Inc. serves the Plains region with a variety of services related to veterinary practice brokerage, veterinary practice appraisals, practice asset liquidations and veterinary employee opportunities.

The principal provider of the firm is Dr. Michael Terry. Dr. Terry is a former co-owner (with his wife, Claudia E. Terry DVM) of a small animal veterinary practice, which was located in Baltimore, Maryland. Upon selling the practice in 1995, the Drs. Terry returned to their roots in the Midwest and established PSPPSS. Dr. Michael Terry is an accredited business appraiser with the designation AIBA from the Institute of Business Appraisers and has a special interest in litigation support. He is also a licensed real estate agent in several states and maintains memberships in the AVMA, Kansas VMA, Missouri VMA, Oklahoma VMA, the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the American Veterinary Medical Law Association. He is a founding member of VPSG. The Drs. Terry have two children, Christy, a student at Emporia State University in pre-med and Jacob, who is currently serving in the armed forces.
